Born on November 13, 1955 in the village of Kora-Ursdon, Digorsky District, North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1978 he graduated from the Rostov Civil Engineering Institute, majoring in agricultural construction with the qualification of civil engineer.
1978-1980 - Service in the Soviet Army, Far Eastern Military District.
1980-1983 - Master Repair and construction site of the Volga-Don Shipping Company, the city of Rostov-on-Don.
1983-1984 - chief engineer of Ukrmezhkolkhozstroy, the city of Khmelnitsky;
1984-1987 - Head of the Construction Management Section No. 6 of the Astrakhanneftegazstroy Trust, USSR Ministry of Oil and Gas Construction.
1987-1994 - Head of Construction Department No. 4 of the Prikaspiyskneftegazstroy Trust, Ministry of Oil and Gas Construction of the USSR, shift camp Tengiz, Atyrau region.
1994 - to the present, General Director of Ariadna LLP, shift camp Tengiz, Atyrau region.
