- Promoted the development of local businesses and facilitated the integration of Kazakhstani companies into large-scale projects.
- Participated in the development of regulatory acts and laws, including the Subsoil Code.
- Developed a methodology for calculating local content within WTO commitments.
- Oversaw the development of local content in the oil and gas industry.
- Designed and implemented a financial distribution system for the training of Kazakhstani specialists in the sector.
- Organized the training of over 7,000 specialists by reallocating 5 billion tenge.
- Medal "Eren Enbegi Ushin" (For Distinguished Labor), awarded by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 12, 2015.
