The Union proposes to jointly represent the interests of its members in the regions of the country where the core business is conducted, as well as to actively and fruitfully interact with government agencies, which will improve the efficiency of the service business in general, and individual service companies in particular.
The Union discusses issues related to:
- aspects of access of domestic companies to long-term procurement plans of subsoil users;
- interaction of oilfield service contractors with customers;
- criteria for selecting oilfield service contractors;
- issues of state regulation of the oilfield service business;
- participation of domestic companies in expansion projects of large subsoil users;
- legislative initiatives.
